Terms of service

Collectible Deck is a place to list and find graded and ungraded trading cards. It is operated by ClikClakAI Inc., a Texas corporation. These terms describe what the platform does, and — more usefully — the things it does not do. The marketplace is pre-launch; no order has been processed.

What Collectible Deck is

A venue. Sellers list cards, buyers buy them, and the two ship to each other directly. The sale contract is between the buyer and the seller.

What Collectible Deck is not

Not the seller. The platform does not own, stock, consign, or sell any card listed here. It is not a party to the sale.

Never in possession. Cards go from the seller to the buyer. The platform never receives, handles, stores, or ships a card, and has no warehouse and no vault.

Not an authenticator and not a grader. The platform does not authenticate, verify, inspect, appraise, or grade anything. Where a listing shows a grade and a certificate number, those are as stated by the seller, shown exactly as recorded, for the buyer to check with the grading company themselves.

Not affiliated with any card manufacturer or grading company. Those names appear here to describe cards and who graded them, and for no other reason.

What sellers are responsible for

That they own the card and may sell it; that the listing is accurate, including grade and certificate number; that the card is packed and posted to the buyer; and that they comply with the law where they are. Listing a card you do not have, or describing it as something it is not, is grounds for removal.

What buyers are responsible for

Reading the listing, including the grade and certificate number shown, and checking that certificate with the grading company if it matters to the decision. Payment is due at purchase.

Payments and payouts

Sale proceeds are collected by the platform and land in the seller’s own payment account. The payout to the seller’s bank is released only after a carrier delivery scan, plus a clearance period. Fees are published at /fees. When money goes back to a buyer is set out at /refunds.

Disputes between a buyer and a seller

They are between the buyer and the seller. What the platform does is hold back a payout that has not yet been released while a dispute is open, and issue a refund where the order state calls for one. Once a delivery scan has cleared and the payout has been released, nothing pulls it back: a dispute opened after that point is between you and the seller, or your card issuer. It does not arbitrate the condition or authenticity of a card it has never seen.

Content you post

Listing text and photographs stay yours. Posting them here grants Collectible Deck permission to display them on the site and in search results for as long as the listing is up. Do not post anything you do not have the right to post, and do not use a manufacturer or grading company logo as your own branding.

Accounts and removal

A listing or an account can be removed for breaking these terms, for misrepresenting a card, or where the law requires it.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. Collectible Deck does not warrant the authenticity, grade, condition, or legal title of any card listed by a seller, because it never handles the card and never examines it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes

These terms can change. Each revision carries a version and an effective date, shown at the top of this page; the version in force is the one published here. This is v1.0, effective 24 August 2026.
