What we collect, and what we don’t
Right now this site is one page with one form on it. There is no account system, no marketplace, and nothing to log into. This notice describes only that page.

The short version. If you join the early-access list we keep your email address and whether you buy, sell, or both. We use it once, to tell you when listings open.
No cookies. No analytics. No advertising trackers. Your address is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing.
What the form collects
When you submit the early-access form, five things are recorded:
- Email address
- The address you type in.Stored lowercased, so the same address cannot end up on the list twice.
- Buy / sell
- Which of the three options you picked.Used to decide what the first email should say to you.
- Timestamp
- When you signed up.
- Referring page
- The page you arrived from, if any.Sent by your browser. Blank if you typed the address in directly.
- Country
- A two-letter country code.Derived from your IP address by our host. The IP address itself is not stored with your signup.
That is the whole record. There is no name field, no phone number, no address, and no payment information anywhere on this site. The form also contains one hidden field that real people never see or fill in — if it comes back filled, the submission is treated as automated and discarded without being stored.
What we don’t do
- No cookies. This site sets none, for any purpose.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no page-view counter, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing here follows you to other sites.
- No browser storage. Nothing is written to local storage or session storage.
- No selling or sharing. Your address is not sold, rented, traded, or handed to any marketing partner.
- No drip campaign. One message when listings open. If we ever want to send something else, we will ask first.
Who else touches the data
We are a small operation and we use other companies to run this page. Each of these can see something, so each is listed:
- Vercel
- Hosting and DNS.Serves the page and runs the form endpoint. Like any web host, it processes request data including IP addresses in its operational logs.
- Upstash
- Stores the signup list.A Redis database in Washington, D.C., United States.
That is the whole list, and it is deliberately short. In particular, the two typefaces on this page are served from this domain rather than from their original font services. An earlier version of this page loaded them from Fontshare and Google Fonts, which meant your browser requested a file from those companies and disclosed your IP address to them whether or not you ever used the form. We said we would rather serve the files ourselves; as of 20 August 2026 we do. If you only read this page and never sign up, nobody outside our own host learns anything about you.
Where it is stored, and for how long
The signup list lives in the United States. We keep it until the marketplace launches and the first email goes out, and we will delete addresses that ask to be removed at any point before or after that. If the project is abandoned, the list is deleted rather than kept or sold.
Getting yourself removed
Email privacy@collectibledeck.com and ask. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to explain who you are beyond the address you signed up with. We will remove it and confirm.
The same address works for asking what we hold about you, correcting it, or getting a copy. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to those things — we would rather just do it than argue about which law applies.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 13.
When this changes
This notice will need rewriting before the marketplace itself opens, because a real marketplace involves accounts, payments, shipping addresses, and identity checks — none of which exist today. When that happens we will publish a new version with a new effective date, and we will not quietly apply it to the signups collected under this one.
Version 2, published the same day as Version 1, removed Fontshare and Google Fonts from the list above by moving the two typefaces onto this domain. It records strictly less data sharing than Version 1 did, not more. Version 3, also the same day, names the company behind the site and its postal address; it changes nothing about what is collected or who it is shared with.
Who operates this site
Collectible Deck is a trading name of ClikClakAI Inc., a corporation formed in Texas. ClikClakAI Inc. is the company responsible for the email addresses collected here, and it is the party to contact about access or deletion.
